Graduation Requirements

All participants will be given ongoing feedback on their progress throughout the program.  Successful completion of the program is dependent on positive reviews for each session and the student’s ability to learn, perform and teach both movement lessons and individual sessions.  All students must attend all sessions. In the event of the student cannot attend a session, the student is required to view the session via DVDs.*(There is an extra charge for use of DVDs) and make up work missed to the instructor’s satisfaction. A maximum of 18 missed days made up via DVD viewing is allowed to be eligible for graduation.

Certification

The level 1 90-day basic training program is 10 sessions of 9 days each over a 26-month period totaling 540 training hours. Upon successful completion of these 540 hours:

1. You will be certified as an ANAT BANIEL METHODsm  Practitioner, permitting you to teach Transformational Movement group lessons and Functional Synthesis individual lessons.

2. Graduation from the 90 day basic program entitles you to continue with the Anat Baniel Method Mastery ProgramsSM.  Feldenkrais Practitioners are also eligible to join the ABM Mastery programs.

There are three specialization Mastery Programs.

• Anat Baniel Method for ChildrenSM Mastery program: 4 nine-day segments, a total of 216 training hours. Upon successful graduation, you will be certified as an Anat Baniel Methodsm for Children practitioner.
• Anat Baniel Method for Anti-Aging and VitalitySM Mastery program: 2 nine-day segments, a total of 108 training hours. Upon successful graduation, you will be certified as an Anat Baniel Methodsm for Vitality and Anti-Aging Practitioner.
• Anat Baniel Method for High PerformersSM Mastery program: 1 nine day segment, a total of 54 training hours. Upon successful graduation, you will be certified as an Anat Baniel Methodsm for High Performers Practitioner.

Upon successful completion of ABM for Children Mastery Program you will be certified as an ANAT BANIEL METHODsm  for Children Practitioner. This is requirement to be eligible to participate in the ABM for Anti-Aging and Vitality.

Upon successful completion of ABM for Anti-Aging and Vitality Mastery Program you will be certified as an ANAT BANIEL METHODsm  for Anti-Aging and Vitlaity Practitioner. Successful completion of ABM for Children Mastery Program and ABM for Children Mastery Program is a requirement to be eligible to participate in the ABM High Performers.

Upon successful completion of ABM for High Performers Mastery Program you will be certified as an ANAT BANIEL METHODsm  for High Performers Practitioner.

Licensing Agreement

All students are required to sign a licensing agreement for the right to use the name “Anat Baniel Method”. There is no fee associated with the agreement and it provides the students with benefits such as being listed on the practitioner listing on the ABM site and having the right to use ABM written materials (with written agreement with ABM).

* In the event video streaming the training segment content online, students will make up missed time on-line. There will be a charge associated with that viewing.
